Refers to the services provided online by Savely.

Website
The Savely website offers cloud-based personal data management services.

User
Any individual who uses our website or services, accesses their account, or stores data using our services.

Data
Data refers to any information created, uploaded, or stored by our users.

This Agreement sets forth the terms for using the Savely service. Savely provides storage and data management tools without processing user data beyond what is necessary for service delivery.

To register, you must provide a valid email address. Registration via temporary or fake email services is prohibited. Additional details (such as your real name) are optional unless registering on behalf of a legal entity or when subscribing to a paid plan, in which case further billing information is required.

• You must be a human; automated or bot-driven registrations are not permitted.
• You must be at least 15 years old. Savely does not serve users under 15, and accounts of minors without proper consent will be suspended or terminated immediately.
• Only one free account per individual is allowed. Multiple free accounts will be suspended and deleted without prior notice.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account and password. Savely will not be liable for any loss or damage due to your failure to secure your account.

All actions and content submitted under your account are your responsibility, even if performed by individuals with access to your account.

• You must adhere to all applicable local, national, and international laws, including those relating to intellectual property and data protection.

When using Savely services, you agree to refrain from the following activities:

• Inappropriate Behavior Harassing, abusive, or violent behavior toward any individual or group, including Savely staff and other users, is prohibited.
• Unauthorized Server Use Engaging in large-scale automated actions that overload or disrupt our servers is strictly forbidden.
• Vandalism and Unauthorized Access Any attempts to damage, tamper with, or gain unauthorized access to Savely servers or infrastructure are prohibited.
• Using unauthorized automated tools to impose excessive load on our servers is not allowed.
• Accessing Savely services beyond your permitted scope is forbidden.
• Copying, reselling, or exploiting any part of our services without prior written consent is prohibited.
• Excessive bandwidth usage may result in temporary suspension of your account until usage is reduced.

You agree not to engage in any activity that harms other users. Savely reserves the right to take appropriate measures to safeguard its user community.

All content on the Savely website—including text, images, software, and algorithms—is the exclusive property of Savely and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Unauthorized commercial use or reproduction is strictly prohibited.

For paid subscriptions, the agreed price remains fixed for the current billing period, after which adjustments may apply.

Fees are charged immediately upon upgrading from a free plan to a paid plan.

Switching from a monthly to an annual plan will result in the full annual fee being charged on the next billing date.

Upgrading to a higher service tier incurs an immediate charge for the enhanced plan.

You may change your service level at any time through your account settings. Note that downgrading may limit access to certain features or capacity.

Subscription fees are charged in advance on a monthly or annual basis, as applicable.

A 10-day refund policy applies to all paid subscriptions. For refund requests, please contact our support team.

By subscribing, you authorize Savely to charge the confirmed fees via your chosen payment method (e.g., credit card, PayPal).

You are responsible for all applicable fees and taxes. In case of disputes, please reach out to Savely support. A valid payment method is required for paid accounts.

1. Account Cancellation

Cancelling your Savely account is your responsibility. You may delete your account at any time via your account settings.

2. After Cancellation

Upon cancellation, all your data will be permanently removed from our databases and cannot be recovered.

3. Right to Suspend or Terminate Access

Savely reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to services at any time without prior notice if these terms are breached or to ensure the security of our platform.

4. Surviving Provisions

Certain provisions, such as those governing intellectual property and disclaimers, will remain in effect even after your account is terminated.

Electronic Communications

• All contractual communications with Savely will be conducted electronically (e.g., via email or in-service messages) and are legally binding.

Legal Notices

• Legal notices sent via email or messaging are not considered official; formal written communication is required for legal notifications.

Support

• Savely provides support exclusively via email and electronic messaging; phone support is not available.

Savely services and website are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any express, implied, or statutory warranties.

Under no circumstances shall Savely be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use or inability to use our services.

We may update these terms from time to time. Significant changes affecting your rights will be communicated in advance, while minor corrections may be implemented without prior notice.

Your continued use of Savely services after modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
